Director of Photography 

Stephan Farina is a Dallas based cinematographer and the founder of Good Fruit Media.

He has always been drawn to storytelling and how a single image can communicate what words can’t. His approach to cinematography is simple: serve the story first. Lighting, lenses, composition, and camera movement all come from understanding what the story needs and how the audience should feel.

Before filmmaking, Stephan spent nine years serving in the U.S. military. That experience shaped much of how he works today: the importance of preparation, taking care of the people around you, staying calm when plans change, and getting the job done.

He earned his B.A. in Media Arts from Nelson University and has since built his career as a Director of Photography working across narrative films, commercials, documentaries, and branded content.

Through Good Fruit Media, Stephan works with directors, producers, agencies, businesses, and organizations to create work that feels cinematic and intentional. But narrative filmmaking remains a big part of why he picked up a camera in the first place. He loves collaborating with directors to find a film's visual language and create images that feel honest to the world and characters on screen.

More than anything, he wants to make great films, tell stories that matter, and work with good people along the way.
